Refund policy

To guarantee your place at HerEvolution Weekend, full payment of the deposit and balance must be made by the due date(s) or payment in full if booking less than 4 weeks before the Weekend begins.

If the Weekend does not go ahead due to insufficient numbers, all non-cancelling participants will be refunded in full.

If the Weekend cannot go ahead due to venue financial insolvency, venue internal operation issues or extreme weather conditions, all payments (including the deposit) will be refunded to participants.

Participant Cancellation

The $750 deposit is non-refundable.

Participants who cancel their booking more than 4 weeks prior to the Weekend start date will be eligible to receive a full refund less the non-refundable deposit.

Participants who cancel their booking less than 4 weeks prior to the start date are not eligible for any refund. 

Participants who are not able to join the Weekend due to extenuating personal circumstances may either:

• Receive a full refund less the non-refundable deposit if they find someone to fill their place on the Weekend; or
• Receive a 50% refund less the non-refundable deposit, if they are unable to find someone to fill their place for the Weekend.
