HerEvolution is a weekend of simple tasks that will lead you to see your future differently.
Sharing with others, taking time out, peace, space and nourishment. We will have a full programme; as well as time to process and for girlfriend stuff!
Our programme opens possibilities and recognises the woman you are. (Remember her)? We will look at life so far, and what makes us each unique. The exercises achieve the following, while allowing you to go as deep as you wish, or not.
- Look at the way your days are spent and where you are in life NOW (and what is not quite right - why are you looking for change?)
- What made you who you are? (a look at our origins and what makes us strong)
- Refresh the raw material we once were (find joy, remember good things)
- Do some creating with the colours of our lives (craft for the non-crafty)
- A walk on your own, with a few things to look for and consider
- Begin to make some changes and how that can be done
- Strategies to take away, for keeping the momentum and the glow you have found this weekend!
We will discuss possibilities and find optimism. There will be time for the beach and time for your journal. There will be new friends, new insights and a new acceptance of that amazing vessel that has served you so well - your body. There will be no wine – instead; clean food, sound sleep and wonderful sea air. In short – soul food.
Plan your next steps using balance, tools for decision-making, and understanding how to give to yourself as well as others. Above all, be practical and be kind to YOU.

So – how to do this? You will need to disconnect from your present worries and agendas. It can take careful planning but the rewards will last a lifetime.
Arrive on Friday afternoon to settle in. I’m lost enough to find myself. This evening you have a couple of simple tasks and time to breathe, along with a delicious meal and fantastic company.
Saturday and Sunday you will be busy but no woman needs more “work” so emphasis is on listening and allowing, with a walk on the beach as well. Nourish your body with fresh food, thoughtfully prepared by local caterers.
Monday, prepare to return to your life with a new outlook, freshness and optimism. You have tools to keep yourself thriving and a new sisterhood to tap into when you need to. Depart on Monday after lunch.
